Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to LIP participants that, in accordance with the operating license granted by the ASFI to the SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE “CACEF” R.L., the Contract for Opening Reserve and Financial Services Account has been signed. Consequently, as of March 14, 2016, the aforementioned entity is enabled as a participant of the LIP and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
