The Central Bank of Bolivia places the SIPAV Portal into production on Friday, April 27, 2012, to serve as the new access point for the SIPAV Balance and Extracts Module (SISE). This web-based portal replaces all functionalities of the current SISE system, including account balance and transaction inquiries, as well as credit and guarantee management. Participants and users must continue to use the same credentials established in the current SISE system to access the new portal. Support for any inquiries is available through the SIPAV Help Desk via telephone or email.

SUBJECT: DEPLOYMENT OF THE SIPAV PORTAL
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies participants and consultation users of the SIPAV that the SIPAV Portal will be deployed on Friday, April 27, 2012, as stated in the Operational and IT Guide of the SIPAV (GOIS). The portal address is http://portalsipav.bcb.gob.bo/.
The portal will be the new access point to the SIPAV Balance and Extracts Module (SISE) and will replace, through a new web interface, all functionalities of the current SISE (inquiry of account balances and movements, credits, and guarantees).
To access the portal and its functionalities, the same user credentials as those used in the current SISE (Annex Form No. 1 of the GOIS version 2.0) will be used.
