The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes El Progreso Entidad Financiera de Vivienda (El Progreso EFV) to participate in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective April 25, 2016. This authorization follows the granting of a license by the ASFI and the signing of the Account Reserve and Financial Services Contract. The document provides El Progreso EFV's participant code (980) and reserve account number (7628) for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers. Participants are required to update their internal computer systems with these details.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all LIP participants that, in accordance with the operating license granted by the ASFI to EL PROGRESO FINANCIAL ENTITY FOR HOUSING (El Progreso EFV), the signing of the Account Reserve and Financial Services Contract has been carried out. Consequently, as of April 25, 2016, the aforementioned entity is enabled as a participant in the LIP and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
