SGDB N° 023/2014: Authorization of Financial Entities in SIPAV through Transformation to SME Banks or Multiple Banks

The Central Bank of Bolivia assigns specific electronic transfer processing codes and reserve/current account numbers to five financial entities that have been transformed into SME Banks or Multiple Banks. The authorized entities are Banco Prodem S.A., Banco Pyme Ecofuturo S.A., Banco Pyme de la Comunidad S.A., Banco Fassil S.A., and Banco Pyme Los Andes S.A. This directive updates the participant nomenclature for the High Value Payment System (SIPAV) to reflect these structural changes.

FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE HIGH VALUE PAYMENT SYSTEM – SIPAV (FINANCIAL ENTITIES, ACCL S.A., EDV S.A.) SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF FINANCIAL ENTITIES IN SIPAV THROUGH TRANSFORMATION INTO SME BANKS OR MULTIPLE BANKS

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia informs the participants of the High Value Payment System – SIPAV, that following the transformation of five financial entities into SME Banks or Multiple Banks, the following nomenclature is in effect for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers:

  1. Participant: BANCO PRODEM S.A. Code: 909 Current and reserve account: 7182 - BANCO PRODEM - CURRENT AND RESERVE ACCOUNT

  2. Participant: BANCO PYME ECOFUTURO S.A. Code: 910 Current and reserve account: 7178 - BANCO PYME ECOFUTURO – CURRENT AND RESERVE ACCOUNT

  3. Participant: BANCO PYME DE LA COMUNIDAD S.A. Code: 912 Current and reserve account: 7191 – BANCO PYME DE LA COMUNIDAD – CURRENT AND RESERVE ACCOUNT

  4. Participant: BANCO FASSIL S.A. Code: 914 Current and reserve account: 7187 – BANCO FASSIL – CURRENT AND RESERVE ACCOUNT
