The Central Bank of Bolivia reminds participating entities in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) of their obligation to maintain sufficient funds in their accounts to cover transactional and electronic service commissions. This requirement applies to stock agencies, investment fund management companies, and development financial institutions based on the Ninth and Tenth clauses of their service contracts. Entities must ensure timely processing of debits according to the annual commission table issued by the regulator.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) recalls that, pursuant to the "Account Opening for Reserve Requirements and Financial Services" and "Participation in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP)" contracts, signed with the Issuing Authority, participating entities in the LIP System must comply with the NINTH AND TENTH clauses, which refer to the provision of sufficient fund balances, allowing for the timely processing of the debit for Financial Transactional Services and Electronic Operations of the LIP System, in accordance with the Service Commission Table that the BCB issues annually.
