SGDB N° 028/2017: Liquidity Loans in National Currency Guaranteed by the Credit Fund for the Productive Sector and Social Interest Housing
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires financial intermediation entities to submit a request note for liquidity loans in national currency guaranteed by the Credit Fund for the Productive Sector and Social Interest Housing (CPVIS). Entities must also provide a sworn declaration letter detailing the increase in their credits to these sectors by the fifth business day of the following month, or on any other date if not at month-end. These submissions must be directed to the Manager of Financial Entities.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to the Financial Intermediation Entities that:

The request notes for liquidity loans in National Currency with guarantee of the Fund of Credits destined for the Productive Sector and Social Interest Housing (CPVIS), constituted under the framework of Board Resolution No. 69/2017 dated May 22, 2017.

The letter with the character of a sworn declaration containing information on the increase in their credits to the Productive Sector and Social Interest Housing as of the cut-off date of each month, must be sent by the 5th business day of the following month.

The sworn declaration note demonstrating compliance with the increase in the portfolio on a date other than month-end.
