The Central Bank of Bolivia will debit the quarterly contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund (FRF) from the current and reserve accounts of financial entities on July 17, 2012. The amount debited equals 1.25 per thousand of the average daily public liabilities of the previous quarter, requiring entities to ensure sufficient funds are available.

FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES (BANKS, MUTUALS, COOPERATIVES, AND PRIVATE FINANCIAL FUNDS) SUBJECT: QUARTERLY FEE – CONTRIBUTION TO THE FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING FUND (FRF)
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies financial entities that, in application of Article 127 of Law No. 1488, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund) from their Current and Reserve Account or their Foreign Currency Reserve Account on July 17, 2012.
The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 ‰) of the daily average of public liabilities of the previous quarter; therefore, we kindly request that you make the respective provision of funds.
