The Central Bank of Bolivia debits the quarterly contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund from the current and reserve accounts of financial entities on October 15, 2013. The debit amount equals 1.25 per thousand of the average daily public liabilities from the previous quarter. Financial entities, including banks, mutuals, cooperatives, and private financial funds, are required to ensure sufficient funds are available for this deduction.

SUBJECT:QUARTERLY FEE – CONTRIBUTION TO THE FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING FUND (FRF)

Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that, in application of Article 127 of Law No. 1488, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund) from their Current and Reserve Account or their Foreign Currency Reserve Account on October 15, 2013.

The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 ‰) of the daily average of public liabilities from the previous quarter; therefore, we request that you make the respective provision of funds.
