The Central Bank of Bolivia requires financial entities to direct applications for operational procedures from non-banking entities to Lic. Ronald Pinto Ribera, Submanager of the Payment and Financial Services System, starting Thursday, November 21, 2013. This directive implements the provisions of Circular SGDB N° 011/2013 and specifies the designated recipient for these administrative submissions.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
In compliance with the provisions of Circular SGDB No. 011/2013, the Central Bank of Bolivia notifies financial entities that, starting Thursday, November 21 of the current year, applications for operational procedures from non-banking entities must be addressed to the attention of Lic. Ronald Pinto Ribera, Submanager of the Payment and Financial Services System of the Financial Entities Management.
