The Central Bank of Bolivia enables the T01 operation, "Transfer of Funds to the CUT – Direct Treasury," in the High-Value Payment System (SIPAV) for SIPAV participants, effective July 26, 2012. This operation facilitates fund transfers resulting from the sale of General Treasury Bonds under the Direct Treasury mechanism and is operational between 08:30 and 16:30. The new operation and its schedule are added to the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide (v.2.0), and participants must configure their systems using the specified entity and account details for the Ministry of Finance.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs SIPAV participants that, effective July 26, 2012, operation T01 "Transfer of Funds to the CUT – Direct Treasury" is enabled in SIPAV with the following description and schedule:
