The Central Bank of Bolivia formally authorizes the Mutual de Ahorro y Préstamo para la Vivienda “La Paz” (Participant Code 962) to participate in the High-Value Payment System (SIPAV), effective Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Participants and consultation users of SIPAV are required to update their internal software configurations to reflect this new participant's data, including the reserve account number 3920.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies all participants and consultation users of SIPAV that the Mutual de Ahorro y Préstamo para la Vivienda “La Paz” has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in its Regulations, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of Wednesday, October 24, 2012, it is formally authorized as a participant according to the following details:
