Participants may also use this process to add new digital certificates for SIPAV use, with scheduling and inquiries handled via the provided telephone numbers and institutional email address.

Gentlemen:
Since the digital certificate used by the BCB in the SIPAV will expire on November 7, and in order for all participants to carry out the exchange of corresponding digital certificates with the Issuing Entity, you are hereby informed that the new digital certificate of the BCB for this purpose is available on the SIPAV portal at the following address: http://portalsipav.bcb.gob.bo (VPN-BCB transport mode: 112.2.11.1, VPN tunnel mode: 192.168.34.16, and VPN-Internet: 192.168.1.7).
The exchange will take place starting Thursday, November 1, 2012, prior coordination with the SIPAV Help Desk and in accordance with the procedures established for this purpose in the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide. Furthermore, you are notified that you may also include new digital certificates for use in the SIPAV during this process.
The scheduling of appointments for the exchange and inquiries will be attended to by the SIPAV Help Desk at telephone numbers 2407262, 2147077, 2661621, and 2661623, and via institutional email at ayudasipav@bcb.gob.bo.
