SGDB N° 048/2012: Interest Rate Capture System Version 4.26 and CIVI Information Capture System Version 1.01
The Central Bank of Bolivia updates the Interest Rate Capture System to version 4.26 and the CIVI Information Capture System to version 1.01, incorporating the San Carlos de Borromeo Cooperative (code 3043) into both systems. The CIVI update adds specific ET-type unit codes for Santa Cruz and includes neighborhood units belonging to two zones in both zones, while also enabling the generation of empty files when no reportable operations occur. Financial entities, including banks, mutuals, cooperatives, and private funds, must download these new versions from the Financial System Supervision Authority intranet to generate reports starting November 1, 2012.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that the reference systems have been updated according to the following details:
| Interest rate and exchange rate capture | Incorporates the San Carlos de Borromeo Cooperative with code 3043 |
| Information capture for the housing price index | Incorporates the San Carlos de Borromeo Cooperative with code 3043 |
| For the city of Santa Cruz, new specific codes (ET-type units) are incorporated, and neighborhood units belonging to two zones have been included in both. | |
| Allows for the generation of an empty file for submission when the entity has not granted operations within the parameters of the report. |
The new versions will be available through the intranet of the Financial System Supervision Authority for download and generation of the respective reports starting from November 1, 2012.
