The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that starting December 15, 2014, the transfer of funds in national and foreign currency from dormant accounts under Article 1308 of the Commercial Code to the General Treasury (account 0764) must be processed through the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP). This operational change requires financial institutions participating in the LIP to execute these transfers between 08:30 and 18:30, as detailed in the LIP Operational and IT Guide (v.1.0).

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies participants in the LIP System that, starting December 15, 2014, operations involving the transfer of funds in national currency (M/N) and foreign currency (M/E) carried out by the financial sector crediting account 0764 T.G.N. Art. 1308 Commercial Code will be included in the LIP System with the following characteristics:
