SGDB N°052/2015: Identification of Passbooks in Operations Processed to the Treasury Single Account
The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) to include the "Passbook Number" as a mandatory field for specific transactions involving transfers to the Treasury Single Account (CUT). This requirement applies to operations E18 (financial system transfers to CUT), E46 (financial system transfers to CUT in US dollars), and T01 (fund transfers to the Treasury). These modifications are incorporated into version 1.0 of the LIP Operational and IT Guide.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that, in response to a request from the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, the additional data field "Passbook Number" has been implemented as a mandatory entry requirement for the following operations:

| E18 | Transfer from the financial system on behalf of third parties to the CUT |
| E46 | Transfer from the financial system on behalf of third parties to the CUT in US dollars |
| T01 | Transfer of funds to the CUT - Direct Treasury |
The aforementioned modifications are part of the Operational and IT Guide for the LIP System (v.1.0).
