Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all LIP participants that, in response to the operating license granted by the ASFI to Banco de Desarrollo Productivo S.A.M., a new Contract for the Opening of Current and Legal Reserve Accounts and Financial Services in the LIP System has been signed. Consequently, as of December 1, 2015, it is authorized as a participant and its account is approved for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
