Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all LIP participants that, in accordance with the operating license granted by the ASFI to La Primera Entidad Financiera de Vivienda, the Contract for the Opening of Reserve and Financial Services Accounts has been signed. Consequently, as of December 7, 2015, the aforementioned entity is authorized as a participant in the LIP, and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
