SUBJECT:	AUTHORIZATION OF THE LA PLATA FINANCIAL ENTITY FOR HOUSING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all LIP participants that, in consideration of the operating license granted by the ASFI to LA PLATA FINANCIAL ENTITY FOR HOUSING (La Plata EFV), the Contract for the Opening of Reserve and Financial Services Account has been signed. Consequently, as of December 31, 2015, the aforementioned entity is authorized as a participant in the LIP, and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:

Code	: 978
Reserve Account	: 7557 La Plata EFV – Reserve Account

This information is requested to be taken into account to configure the data for La Plata EFV in the respective IT developments of the participants.
