Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all LIP participants that, in consideration of the operating license granted by the ASFI to PANDO HOUSING FINANCIAL ENTITY (Pando EFV), the Contract for the Opening of Reserve and Financial Services Account has been signed. Consequently, as of December 31, 2015, the aforementioned entity is authorized as a participant in the LIP, and its account is authorized for processing and receiving electronic transfers according to the following details:
