SGDB No. 006/2013: Enablement of Operation F05 and Message R05 in SIPAV
The Central Bank of Bolivia enables operation F05 (Deposit for the sale of US dollars) and message R05 (Sending of US dollar cash information) in the High Value Payment System (SIPAV) for participating entities. Operation F05 is available from 08:30 to 18:30, while message R05 is available from 08:30 to 19:00. These additions are incorporated into the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide (v.2.0) effective February 5, 2013.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies all SIPAV participants that, within the framework of what is established in Law 291 of September 22, 2012, Supreme Decree No. 1423 of December 5, 2012, and Board Resolution 216/2012, which regulates the sale of US dollars through BCB counters and/or financial intermediation entities with majority state participation, effective February 5, 2013, operation F05 "Deposit for the sale of US dollars" and message R05 for sending US dollar cash are enabled in SIPAV with the following descriptions and schedules:
