The Central Bank of Bolivia requires participants in the Payments System to replace their digital certificates with a new one issued by the entity. The new certificate becomes effective on April 21, 2014, and is available via specific VPN and Internet links on the SIPAV portal. Certificate exchanges are scheduled to begin on April 14, 2014, coordinated with the Help Desk according to established operational procedures.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs participants in the Payments System that the Issuing Entity has issued a new digital certificate, which will enter into force on Monday, the 21st of this month, and is available on the SIPAV Portal (http://sipav.bcb.net) at the following addresses:
The exchange of digital certificates will take place starting from April 14, 2014, in coordination with the Help Desk according to the procedures established for this purpose in the Operational and IT Guide of the Payments System.
The scheduling of hours and inquiries will be attended to by the SIPAV Help Desk at the phones 2407262, 2147077, 2661621, 2661627 and 2661623 and via Institutional email ayudasipav@bcb.gob.bo.
