SGDB No. 022/2018 External Circular: Authorization of Entel Financiera S.R.L. in the Integrated Payment Clearing System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Entel Financiera S.R.L. as a participant in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) effective May 7, 2018, following the completion of incorporation requirements. The bank assigns the participant code 1495 and the liquidation account number 8028 to Entel ESPM S.R.L. for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers. Participants are instructed to update their internal software configurations with these specific details and may contact the LIP Help Desk for further inquiries.

Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the Mobile Payment Services Company Entel Financiera S.R.L. has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, complying with the requirements set forth in its Regulations, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of May 7, 2018, it is authorized as a participant, and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
