SGDB No. 028/2013: SIPAV Operations - Holiday in La Paz on 16.07.13

The Central Bank of Bolivia adjusts the processing schedule for SIPAV operations due to the La Paz departmental holiday on July 16, 2013. Custody fund operations for that date will be processed normally by the correspondent bank, with system registration occurring on July 17, 2013. Participating entities are authorized to process custody withdrawal fund provisions between 12:00:01 and 15:00:00 on July 17, while all other SIPAV operations for that day follow their normal schedule.

SUBJECT:SIPAV OPERATIONS – HOLIDAY IN LA PAZ ON 16.07.13

Dear Sirs and Madams:

Due to the departmental holiday in the city of La Paz on July 16, 2013, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) announces that operations corresponding to custody funds for that date in the rest of the country will be processed normally at the correspondent bank's offices (Banco Unión) in accordance with the procedures defined by this entity.

The registration of these operations in the BCB systems will take place on Wednesday, July 17, 2013; therefore, financial entities may process their custody fund operations during the following schedule:

The remainder of the SIPAV operations for July 17, 2013, maintain their normal schedule as defined in the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide.
