The Central Bank of Bolivia debits the quarterly contribution to the Savings Protection Fund from the current and reserve accounts of financial intermediation entities on October 15, 2018. The amount debited equals 1.25 per thousand of the average daily obligations to the public from the previous quarter. Financial entities are required to ensure sufficient funds are available in their national and foreign currency accounts to cover this deduction.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that, in application of Article 518 of Financial Services Law No. 393, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution from financial entities) from their Current and Reserve Account or Reserve Account in national and foreign currency on October 15, 2018.
The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 ‰) of the average daily obligations to the public of the previous quarter, for which we will appreciate your making the respective provision of funds.
