These officials are designated to receive communications regarding the activation of the LIP system for specific reserve fund operations and urgent notices. Ladies and Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) requires your institution to submit in writing to the BCB's Financial Entities Management the email addresses of authorized officials to receive information related to the Integrated Payments Liquidation System (LIP) regarding:
• Communication of the system's activation on the days of legal reserve constitution/withdrawal in the RAL Fund, with the system being opened from 09:00 a.m. exclusively for E17 and E08 type operations corresponding to the liquidation of the third ACH cycle, maintaining the prohibition on performing other types of operations until such communication. • Urgent communications
