Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies LIP participants that, in accordance with the operating license granted by the ASFI to LA PROMOTORA ENTIDAD FINANCIERA DE VIVIENDA (La Promotora EFV), the Contract for Opening a Reserve Account and Financial Services has been signed. Consequently, as of March 10, 2016, the aforementioned entity is authorized as a participant in the LIP, and its account is authorized for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
