SMESPD Circular Letter No. 04: Special loan/investment facility provided to CMSME sector affected by Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic
The document extends the implementation period for the third phase of the stimulus package for the CMSME sector to run from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. All other directives contained in SMESPD Circular No. 9, issued on September 9, 2021, remain unchanged. This directive takes immediate effect for all scheduled banks and financial institutions operating in Bangladesh.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the loan/investment facility provided to the CMSME sector under the stimulus package due to the outbreak of Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19).
With reference to Paragraph 01(c) of SMESPD Circular No. 9, issued on September 09, 2021, on the subject cited above, it is informed that the implementation of the third phase (2022-23 fiscal year) under this package will commence from July 01, 2022, and remain valid until June 30, 2023.

All other directives mentioned in the said circular shall remain unchanged.
