SMESPD Circular Letter No. 06: Regarding the monthly statement on loan/investment registered under Credit Guarantee Scheme
Scheduled banks and financial institutions operating in Bangladesh must submit monthly statements for loans and investments registered under the Credit Guarantee Scheme to the Credit Guarantee Scheme Unit via email and hard copy by the 5th of the following month. Institutions are required to submit a zero-report if no specific data exists for a given month, ensuring continuous reporting regardless of activity levels.

Subject: Monthly statement regarding loans/investments registered under the Credit Guarantee Scheme.

Attention is drawn to Chapter 8 of the "Guidelines for Reporting of the Credit Guarantee Scheme".

Along with the aforementioned reporting guidelines, from now on, monthly data for loans/investments that have obtained guarantee registration under the scheme must be sent to the Credit Guarantee Scheme Unit in both hard copy and soft copy (in Excel format) via email (smespd@smespd.gov.bd) by the 5th of the following month, according to the attached table.

It is mentioned that even if there is no specific data for any month, a zero-mentioned statement must be submitted.
