Submission of monthly e-Banking and e-Commerce returns through Revised RIT

According to the referred Circular, the banks have been submitting e-Banking and e￾Commerce returns through RIT (T_ME_M_EBANKING_ECOMMERCE) regularly on monthly basis since January, 2016 by the 10th of the following month to the Statistics Department. The combined RIT has been revised for collecting additional/new information. In order to submit the Revised RIT properly and within the stipulated time to the Statistics Department, it is advised to follow the instructions given below:

1. The Revised RIT (T_ME_M_EBANKING_ECOMMERCE) should be collected from Bangladesh Bank’s website.
2. The Revised RIT has to be submitted regularly on monthly basis from December, 2018 onwards to the Statistics Department through Bangladesh Bank’s web portal by 10th of the following month.
3. Necessary steps should be taken to develop the required systems and resource persons.
4. The RIT of SD Circular No. 04, dated 31 December, 2015 has to be submitted for the months of November, 2018 and December, 2018 in due time also through e-mail (sanjida.afrin@bb.org.bd) to the Statistics Department and afterwards the RIT will be treated as cancelled.
