Submission of Quarterly Return for the Quarter Ended 31 March 2026
Registered short-term insurers must complete and submit the quarterly return for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 by 22 May 2026. Registered short-term reinsurers are required to submit the same quarterly return by 22 June 2026. The returns are accessible via the Electronic Regulatory System (ERS) as of 28 April 2026.

- INTRODUCTION 1.1 This Circular is issued by virtue of the functions and powers of the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (“NAMFISA”) and those of its Chief Executive Officer in his capacity as the Registrar of Short-term Insurance (“the Registrar”) in terms of the Short-term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 4 of 1998) (“the STI Act”), read with the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority Act, 2001 (Act No. 3 of 2001). 1.2 The purpose of this Circular is to notify all registered short-term insurers to complete and submit the quarterly return for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, as reflected on NAMFISA’s Electronic Regulatory System (“ERS”) on 28 April 2026, by 22 May
