Submission of statement on use of buyer’s credit in foreign exchange

Head and Principal Offices of all Authorized Dealer Banks in Bangladesh must submit a monthly statement on the use of buyer’s credit in foreign exchange to the Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank. The statement, using Form-BC, is due by the 15th day of the month following the fund drawal. The form requires details including borrower information, import items, credit amounts, borrowing costs, and outstanding balances in USD equivalent.
