Submission of the List of Financial Instruments

Circular Triq l-Imdina, Zone 1 Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 1010 +356 2144 1155 communications@mfsa.mt www.mfsa.mt Submission of the List of Financial Instruments Reference is made to the “List of Financial Instruments” which Investments Firms are required to submit on a biannual basis in accordance with the Circular issued by the Authority on 21 December 2022. The Authority would like to inform the industry that the “List of Financial Instruments” has been revised to include some additional reporting data mainly related to Sustainable Finance. The Authority will be reaching to the industry to share the revised survey template for any feedback, prior to its launch. For this purpose, Investment Firms are not required for the time being, to submit the List of Financial Instruments covering H1 2024 and H2 2024. The Authority intends to launch the revised Survey towards the end of this year which will apply for reporting year 2024.
