The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Superintendent Resolution No. 022-2026-SMV/02 Lima, March 2, 2026 The Superintendent of the Securities Market HAVING SEEN: File No. 2026004292 and Report No. 218-2026- SMV/12.1 dated February 23, 2026, issued by the General Superintendent of Investigation and Innovation, with the favorable opinion of the Adjunct Superintendent of Investigation, Development and Innovation; CONSIDERING: That, in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulations on the Activity of Participatory Financial Financing and its Managing Companies (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), the activity of administering financial participatory financing platforms may only be carried out by a Managing Company constituted as a joint-stock company in the Republic of Peru, duly authorized by the Securities Market Superintendence (hereinafter, SMV); That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 075-2023- SMV/02, the operation of Inversiones Neurona S.A.C. Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform (hereinafter INVERSIONES NEURONA), which at that time was named Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform, was authorized as a Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform; That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 157- 2025-SMV/02, the operating authorization granted to INVERSIONES NEURONA was suspended, for not having the required net equity for its operation; That, by letter dated January 29, 2026, INVERSIONES NEURONA requests the cancellation of its operating authorization as a Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform. That, in accordance with what is established in Article 37 of the REGULATIONS, the cancellation of the operating authorization as a Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform is issued by the SMV, at the request of the party;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, from the review carried out on the documentation presented by INVERSIONES NEURONA, it is observed that it has complied with what is established in Article 37 of the REGULATIONS, for the purposes of obtaining the cancellation of its operating authorization as a Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform, as mentioned in Report No. 218- 2026-SMV/12.1; and, Being in accordance with what is established by Article 37 of the REGULATIONS and numeral 1 of Article 12 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Cancel the operating authorization of Inversiones Neurona S.A.C. Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform, as a Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform under the securities modality. The cancellation of the operating authorization does not exempt Inversiones Neurona S.A.C. Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform from the fulfillment of obligations contracted prior to the issuance of this resolution, nor does it exempt its directors or managers from the administrative liability in which they may have incurred during their operation. Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Institutional Page of the Securities Market Superintendence on the Peruvian State's Single Digital Platform (www.gob.pe/smv) and in the Official Gazette El Peruano. Article 3.- Notify this resolution to Inversiones Neurona S.A.C. Managing Company of Financial Participatory Financing Platform. Register, communicate and publish.
