The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Superintendent Resolution No. 051-2026-SMV/02 Lima, April 30, 2026 The Superintendent of the Securities Market HAVING SEEN: File No. 2026019880 and Memorandum No. 2068-2026-SMV/07, issued by the Office of Planning, Management and Integrity; CONSIDERING: That, by Legislative Decree No. 1088, Law of the National System of Strategic Planning and of the National Center for Strategic Planning, the National Center for Strategic Planning – CEPLAN is created, as the governing and guiding body of the National System of Strategic Planning; That, CEPLAN issued the "Guide for Institutional Planning", updated with Resolution of the Board of Directors Presidency No. 0055-2024/CEPLAN/PCD, which aims to establish guidelines for institutional planning that includes the policy and plans that allow the elaboration or modification of the Institutional Strategic Plan and the Institutional Operational Plan (POI); That, according to the aforementioned Guide, the Institutional Operational Plan – POI, is a management instrument that guides the need for resources to implement the identification of the institutional strategy; That, section 3.2 of the aforementioned Guide establishes that the entity must elaborate and approve the Multiannual POI for a period of no less than three years, respecting the validity period of the ISP; That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 031-2025-SMV/02 of March 18, 2025, the Institutional Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030 of the Securities Market Superintendence, hereinafter, ISP 2025-2030 of the SMV, was approved; That, the Multiannual Institutional Operational Plan – POI, has been elaborated in coordination with the SMV bodies, including those comprising the Strategic Planning Commission of the SMV, which have defined the corresponding information for the programming of operational activities for the period 2027-2029; That, in order to meet the objectives set for the Securities Market Superintendence and in accordance with what is provided for in section 3.2 of the "Guide for Institutional Planning", the approval of the Multiannual POI of the SMV for the period 2027-2029 is necessary; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with numeral 14 of article 12° of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments, which establishes that it is the faculty of the Superintendent of the Securities Market to approve the strategic plan and the other institutional plans of the SMV; RESOLVES: Article 1°.- Approve the Multiannual Institutional Operational Plan 2027-2029 of the Securities Market Superintendence - Multiannual POI 2027-2029 of the SMV, document which is attached as an Annex and forms an integral part of this resolution. Article 2°.- Order the publication of the Multiannual POI 2027-2029 of the Securities Market Superintendence on the digital site of the Securities Market Superintendence of the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe), and on the Standard Transparency Portal.
