The Superintendent of the Securities Market

SEEN:

File No. 2026024053 which contains Report No. 798-2026-SMV/08.2 from the Human Resources Unit (hereinafter referred to as ORH for these purposes), a document that has the approval of the Administration Office and the knowledge of the head of the Board and Institutional Relations Secretariat Office (hereinafter OSDRI), through which it proposes for approval the Social Welfare Plan of the SMV;

CONSIDERING:

That, according to Article 1 of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the National Commission for the Supervision of Companies and Securities CONASEV, approved by Legislative Decree 26126, modified by Law No. 29782, the Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) is a specialized technical body attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance with legal personality of internal public law and enjoys functional, administrative, economic, technical and budgetary autonomy;

That, by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF, published on December 2, 2011, and its modifications, the Organization and Functions Regulation (ROF) of the SMV was approved;

That, by Executive Presidency Resolution No. 238-2014-SERVIR-PE, Directive No. 002-2014-SERVIR/GDSRH "Norms for the Management of the Administrative Human Resources Management System in Public Entities" was approved;

That, the Human Resources Unit prepared the Social Welfare Plan of the SMV for the 2026 period, considering the guidelines of SERVIR established in Directive No. 002-2014-SERVIR/GDSRH;

That, paragraphs 14 and 15 of Article 12 of the ROF of the SMV indicate the powers held by the Superintendent of the Securities Market, among which it indicates approving, within the framework of institutional objectives, the institutional programs and management documents applicable to the SMV;

That, on the other hand, paragraph 6.1.7 Subsistema management of human and social relations of Directive No. 002-2014-SERVIR/GDSRH states in subsection "c" of point ii. Processes "Social Welfare: Comprises activities oriented to promote conditions to generate a good work environment that

contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of the staff. It includes the identification and attention to the needs of civil servants and the development of social welfare programs; assistential, recreational, cultural, sports, celebrations, among others. Expected products: Social welfare plan, agreements with institutions for civil servant facilities, evaluation of satisfaction of social activities, among others;

That, paragraph 6.2.7. Subsistema management of human and social relations of paragraph 6.2. Interrelation of the Subsistemas of the Directive states that the subsystem of management of human and social relations relates to and supports all subsystems, generating conditions for a favorable work environment that contribute to the achievement of institutional objectives;

That, in paragraph 6.1.7 Subsistema management of human and social relations, in literal "c" "Social Welfare" of point ii. Processes indicates among the expected products the "Social welfare plan";

That, for the reasons exposed in Report No. 798-2026-SMV/08.2, and what is stated in the considerations, the Social Welfare Plan of the SMV for the 2026 period is substantiated and proposed for approval, for which coordination was made with the Board and Institutional Relations Secretariat Office; and,

Being informed and in exercise of the powers provided for in paragraph 15 of Article 12 of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; and Directive No. 002-2014-SERVIR/GDSRH "Norms for the Management of the Administrative Human Resources Management System in Public Entities" approved by Executive Presidency Resolution No. 238-2014-SERVIR-PE;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the Social Welfare Plan of the Securities Market Superintendence for the 2026 period, in accordance with the Annex that forms part of this Resolution.

Article 2.- Order the publication of this Resolution, on the institutional intranet and on the Peruvian State Portal (www.peru.gob.pe) with its respective Annex.
