The Superintendent of the Securities Market

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026008900 and Report No. 1048-2026-SMV/12.1 dated July 9, 2026, issued by the General Superintendence of Investigation and Innovation; with the favorable opinion of the Adjunct Superintendence of Investigation, Development and Innovation;

CONSIDERING:

That, through Title IV "Norms that regulate and supervise the activity of financial participative financing" of Urgency Decree No. 013-2020, Urgency Decree that promotes the financing of Small and Medium Enterprises, Entrepreneurships and Startups (hereinafter, THE URGENCY DECREE), published on January 23, 2020 in the Official Gazette El Peruano, the activity of Financial Participative Financing (FPF) was legally recognized in Peru, entrusting the Securities Market Superintendence - SMV to establish the legal framework for the correct and adequate functioning of the referred activity;

That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 045-2021-SMV/02, published on May 20, 2021 in the Official Gazette El Peruano, the Regulation of the Activity of Financial Participative Financing and its Administrative Companies (hereinafter, REGULATION) was approved, with the objective of regulating the FPF activity carried out in the national territory, as well as establishing the procedures and requirements required to constitute and operate as an Administrative Company of FPF Platforms;

That, by SMV Resolution No. 019-2025-SMV/01, published on November 14, 2025, the Regulation of the Activity of Financial Participative Financing and its Administrative Companies was modified;

That, by SMV Resolution No. 048-2022-SMV/02, published on May 22, 2022, operating authorization was granted to INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C, to carry out the FPF activity in the loans modality;

That, through communication presented on February 27, 2026, INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C., through its General Manager Valentín Frédéric Bonnet, presented a request for authorization to develop the FPF activity in the securities modality, in addition to the loans modality, for which it holds operating authorization;

That, through letters exchanged between March 16, 2026 and July 1, 2026, the General Superintendence of Investigation and Innovation (IGII) formulated various observations on the documentation presented by INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C., which were resolved through writings presented between April 9, 2026 and July 6, 2026. Likewise, in accordance with the powers conferred in numeral 14.3 of article 14 of the Regulation, in order to verify the information provided and that the necessary technological capacity exists for the development of the securities modality, through the IGII, a virtual meeting was held on April 15, 2026 through the Microsoft Teams platform with representatives of the referred company;

That, taking into account the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented, the resolution of the observations made and the meeting held, it has been determined that INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. meets the requirements provided for obtaining the authorization to carry out the PPF activity in the securities modality;

In accordance with the provisions of articles 16 and 19 of the REGULATION and numeral 1 of article 12 of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by DS No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. to carry out the FPF activity in the securities modality.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution in the Official Gazette El Peruano and the Institutional Page of the Securities Market Superintendence on the Unique Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this Resolution to INVERSIONES.IO Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C.
