The National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) approved the public offer under registry seat AD-00033, while the issuer holds registry seat EAD-0027. The tranche TKNBIES1 - 08 comprises 33,600 tokens priced at US$1.00 each, with a fixed 5.00% annual interest rate payable monthly over a 90-day term.

The public offer has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry seat AD-00033.
