Time extension and clarification regarding FE Circular Letter no. 03
The instructions contained in FE Circular Letter No. 03 dated 19/01/2025 are effective from June 01, 2025. The term “Source Foreign Currency” as mentioned in that circular letter is clarified to mean both the amount and name of the currency.
