Update: Extension of Deadline – Circular on the application of Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) by the MFSA and Request for Information on Operational and Compliance Readiness by Financial Market Participants and Financial Advisers
The MFSA extends the deadline for submission of the Request for Information on operational and compliance readiness by Financial Market Participants and Financial Advisers until 17 September 2021. This extension applies to the submission originally referenced in the MFSA Circular published on 30 July 2021. Queries regarding this extension should be directed to sustainable.finance@mfsa.mt.

The MFSA recognises that due the fact that the timing of the Request for Information coincided with the Summer vacation period, the MFSA is hereby extending the deadline for submission until 17 September 2021.
