The Government of Pakistan has approved a multi-channel implementation strategy for the Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program, introducing three specific additions to the scheme. Participating Financial Institutions are now authorized to provide financing to Overseas Pakistanis and Non-Resident Pakistanis holding NICOP or POC, facilitate institutional financing for government employees through department-level bulk processing, and extend financing for private developer-led housing projects. These amendments expand the eligibility criteria and operational modes available under the program while other existing instructions remain unchanged.
