155-2-1-.08 Original Application Forms Renewal Forms Amendments and Annual Reports
All original applications, renewal applications, amendments, and annual reports required by the Alabama State Banking Department, Bureau of Loans must be submitted through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Applicants and licensees are required to pay fees established by NMLS for filing, review, or processing of the information. Information submitted to NMLS is held confidential and may not be disclosed except pursuant to a subpoena or court order. These requirements become effective on September 1, 2026.
155-2-1-.08 Original Application Forms, Renewal Forms, Amendments, and Annual Reports (1) All original applications, renewal applications, amendments, and annual reports required by the Alabama State Banking Department, Bureau of Loans, shall be submitted through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (“NMLS”). Applicants and licensees shall pay the fee(s) established by NMLS for filing, review, or processing of the information. (2) All information submitted by applicants and licensees to NMLS shall be held confidential and may not be disclosed except pursuant to a subpoena or court order. Author: Anne W.
