Draft Regulation to Amend National Policy 46-201: Escrow for Initial Public Offerings
The securities regulator amends National Policy 46-201 to update references from Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc. to NEO Exchange Inc. throughout the escrow regulations for initial public offerings. REGULATION TO AMEND NATIONAL POLICY 46-201: ESCROW FOR INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (34))
- Section 3.2 of National Policy 46-201: Escrow for Initial Public Offerings (chapter V-1.1, r. 22) is amended by replacing, wherever it appears in paragraph (a.1), “Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc.” with “NEO Exchange Inc.”.
- Section 3.3. of the Policy is amended, in paragraph (2): (1) by replacing, in the French text of subparagraph (b), the words “de première catégorie” with “du groupe 1”; (2) by replacing, in subparagraph (c), “Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc.” with “NEO Exchange Inc.”.
- Section 4.4 of the Policy is amended, in paragraph (1): (1) by replacing, in subparagraph (a), “Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc.” with “NEO Exchange Inc.”; (2) by replacing, in the French text of subparagraphs (b) and (c), the words “de première catégorie” with “du groupe 1”.
- Appendix Form 46-201F1 of the Policy is amended: (1) in item 3.1: (a) by replacing, in paragraph (a), “Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc.” with “NEO Exchange Inc.”; (b) by replacing, in the French text of subparagraphs (b) and (c), the words “de première catégorie” with “du groupe 1”; (2) by replacing, in the French text of item 10.10, the words “ayants droit” with the words “ayants cause”.
- This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation).
