The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold a public judgment session on June 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM to adjudicate two administrative sanctioning processes. The proceedings address the alleged irregular management of securities portfolios by Thiago Yabrudi Brimana and the failure of TBM-Têxtil Bezerra de Menezes S.A. administrators to comply with periodic reporting and general assembly obligations.
