The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold a public judgment session on June 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM to adjudicate two administrative sanctioning processes. The proceedings address the alleged irregular management of securities portfolios by Thiago Yabrudi Brimana and the failure of TBM-Têxtil Bezerra de Menezes S.A. administrators to comply with periodic reporting and general assembly obligations. The Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold tomorrow, Tuesday (June 2), starting at 3:00 PM, a judgment session for the following administrative sanctioning processes:
PAS 19957.005514/2025-47: Thiago Yabrudi Brimana.
Initiated to investigate the alleged irregular exercise of the activity of managing securities portfolios (violation of Article 2 of CVM Resolution 21 c/c Article 23 of Law 6.385).

PAS 19957.011123/2025-61: Ivan Rodrigues Bezerra, Ivan José Bezerra de Menezes, Marcelo Meneghessi, Ricardo Jucá Machado, Lize Bezerra de Menezes Morais Correia, and Davi Bezerra Januário.
Initiated to investigate the failure by the administrators of TBM-Têxtil Bezerra de Menezes S.A. to comply with the obligations to prepare and send periodic information to the CVM, as well as the failure to hold an ordinary general assembly within the legal deadline.

The session is open to the public and will take place in person, in the auditorium of the CVM headquarters (Rua Sete de Setembro, 111/34th floor, Center – Rio de Janeiro). It will also be possible to follow the session via videoconference from this link.
If none of the accused or their respective attorneys constituted in the records express the intention to participate in the session, it will be conducted in a restricted manner through voting in an electronic system.
