Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 51-105 respecting Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets
Securities regulators amended the Policy Statement to Regulation 51-105 to align with the phased implementation of the [Renewed System]. The amendments insert new provisions requiring electronic transmission of documents to regulators outside Québec in accordance with Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement. Additionally, all references to the legacy SEDAR system within Section 5 of the Policy Statement are replaced with the term [Renewed System].
