Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 44-101 respecting Short Form Prospectus Distributions
The regulator amended Section 1.7 of the Policy Statement to Regulation 44-101 regarding short form prospectus distributions. The revision expands the acceptable exchanges for comparable disclosure to include the Canadian Securities Exchange alongside the TSX Venture Exchange.
