UBCKNN issues regulations guiding securities companies to use the Securities Company Management Database System (SCMS)
On September 4, 2014, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 658/QĐ-UBCK regulating the guidance for Securities Companies to use the SSC's Securities Company Management Database System (SCMS).
The guidance regulations consist of 3 Chapters and 17 Articles, guiding securities companies to use the Securities Company Management Database System (SCMS) to perform reporting and information disclosure in electronic form. This regulation applies to the subjects being securities companies participating in the use and provision of data information to the SSC's Securities Company Management Database System.
Within 01 month from the date the Decision on the implementation of this regulation takes effect, securities companies must complete the registration of SCMS usage accounts as prescribed in Article 10.
