Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements

CHANGES TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 41-101 RESPECTING GENERAL PROSPECTUS REQUIREMENTS

1. Section 5A.3 of Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements is changed by replacing “management report of fund performance” in paragraph (6) by “fund report or prepares quarterly portfolio disclosure”.
