The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declares compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on proportionate retail client diversification methods under Article 123(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. These guidelines apply to all institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR. Institutions are required to make every effort to comply with these guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority's (EBA/GL/2026/02) guidelines on proportionate retail client diversification methods under Article 123, Paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
These guidelines apply to all institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR. Institutions must make every effort to comply with these guidelines, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
