ACPR compliance with the European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines specifying the criteria for identifying activities referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, point 18), of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (EBA/GL/2026/01)

The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2026/01) guidelines. These guidelines specify the criteria for identifying activities referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, point 18), of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. All institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR are subject to these guidelines and must make every effort to comply with them, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

These guidelines are applicable to all institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR. Institutions must make every effort to comply with these guidelines, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
